A: At Dr. Clean Laundry, we use high-quality, environmentally friendly laundry chemicals. We ensure the use of safe products that protect the color and fabric of the clothing.

With our Dynamic CRM system, we will send automated notifications via Zalo to inform you when your laundry is completed. Through Dr. Clean’s Zalo Business platform, you can also request delivery, send messages, and make free calls to seek assistance from our staff.

A: The time required to complete the laundry service depends on the quantity and type of clothes you have. Typically, we strive to complete the laundry within 24 to 72 hours. However, if you require express service, we also offer expedited laundry options that can be completed within a few hours.

A: We provide convenient delivery service. After we have completed the laundry process, we will package and deliver the clean and pressed clothes to your home or another designated location as per your request.

Please note that for wash-dry services, some stubborn stains may not be removable by machine washing alone. If you believe it’s necessary, please request our staff to provide additional spot stain removal service.
